We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners & Amex.
Can I pay by Credit Card over the phone?
Yes, call 0800 SUNCOURT and our friendly Reception Team will process the payment and forward a receipt, if required.
Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes, Suncourt Hotel has a system in place that will allow you to pay by cheque whereby authorisation is given by your bank immediately.
Can I pay by Direct Credit?
Yes, call 0800 SUNCOURT or contact us using our online form , and one of our friendly Reception staff will organise this for you.
Can I set up a charge account where I am invoiced monthly?
Absolutely, you will be required to complete a credit application form which will then be processed by our Front Office Management team. Please contact us to organise this.
Where are you located?
14 Northcroft Street, Taupo. Simply follow along Lake Terrace. You will see Taupo Mini Golf and we are situated directly opposite that, behind the Northcroft Reserve. See our location map for more details.
Do you have Gift Vouchers for Purchase?
Yes, these are available to whatever denomination you choose. They are available for accommodation and restaurant facilities .

Will I be charged for a Late Checkout?
Yes, there is a charge for late checkouts. If you stay in the room for one to two hours after check out time of 10.00am, you will incur a $50 charge. Longer than two hours extra – a full nights’ accommodation will be charged.
Do you have smoking rooms available?
No, all rooms are completely non-smoking. See our accommodation options here.
Do all of your rooms have Lake Views?
